Where is my confirmation email?

After signing up for a new account via our website you should receive an email within a few moments, welcoming you to ChinesePod. In the email you will see a big, "Confirm Account" button which helps us reduce spam and prove that you’re a real person. If you can’t see the email, check your spam folder or search your inbox.  You can use the search term "Welcome to ChinesePod" to quickly find it. If you do not confirm your account, we will send a reminder message a few days later.
