  I purchased a 6 month premium membership. I cannot access any premium content. I have left several messages. NO one has replied.  I would like a refund.

  I forgot to turn off the automatic payment and it has charged me the whole year's subscription. I've requested for a refund via e-mail but no one has returned my e-mail with an answer.
